Kyai's Prophetic Leadership in Effectiveness of Learning in Pesantren

This study aims to understand prophetic leadership in realizing effective learning from the perspective of Kurt Lewin at pondok pesantren. uses a phenomenological approach, where researcher tries meaning behind phenomenon through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data sources this research were obtained information submitted by informants, results observations documents, several theories taken reputable scientific books journals. analysis was carried out circularly, collection, presentation, reduction concluding. indicate that pesantren is through; first, unfreezing, which consists changing motivation, feeling towards change, preparation for change; second, moving, namely movement something new or latest developments; third, refreezing maintains change results. concludes Kyai's making Islamic boarding schools Lewin's management must be planned, systematic earnest manner concerning values humanization, liberation, transcendence, considering intended improve quality education schools. has implications importance leaders responding dynamics existing changes, both internal organization external organization.
